I’m very excited to share this Clean Beauty Kit Unboxing and review with you. The Clean Beauty Kit is a clean lifestyle monthly box filled with clean products that are made in the U.S. by small, women-owned companies.
When I tell you this is the BEST BOX EVER, I mean it! I’ve been impressed by this box over and over again since it first released last summer. The value is INSANE! Often the value of the Clean Beauty Kit is over $250, with a price tag of only $50! Yup, that includes shipping too. Plus, if you mention my name “Amanda Lopez” in the notes at checkout, you will receive an extra FREE gift! Sweet deal, right?
Not to mention that the founder of the company, Cassanda McClure, is an amazing human being with the biggest heart. She truly wants to support so many amazing women, and small businesses, with one thing in common, we all want a cleaner, more sustainable future. I’ve discovered so many amazing brands through this kit.
How does the kit work?
Purchasing a kit is a super simple process. You simply go to the Clean Beauty Kit website, and you choose whether you want to purchase a single kit for that particular month, or if you want to sign up for a subscription plan. Signing up for a subscription plan will guarantee that you get first dibs on each month’s box before they sell out.
Since there is a limited number of kits each month, it is good to reserve yours as soon as possible. You don’t want to wait until mid-month, and end up with major FOMO. Another awesome feature is that you can actually customize your own kit depending on your personal preferences. You can also shop individual products that were in past kits on the website as well. Don’t worry, you can still use my name at checkout for a free gift when purchasing single products.
Clean Beauty Ambassador Program
The most amazing thing about the Clean Beauty Kit is that it comes with a community!! If you really love and believe in clean beauty, then this is the program for you. I joined as a Clean Beauty Ambassador in 2020 when the kit had just launched. I knew this was something special that I wanted to share and be a part of.
The Clean Beauty ambassador program is a small group of passionate women who receive exclusive discounts, news, and even have the opportunity to earn commissions. The kits are exclusively reserved for ambassadors to receive first dibs. We get to build relationships with the brands in the kit and find partnership opportunities.
After purchasing the kit every single month, and passionately sharing it on my social media platforms, I am now being sent complimentary kits for FREE in exchange for blog posts, and other high-quality social media content. I earn $10 for every referral, and I’m forming amazing relationships with other brands.
If this sounds like something that would be of value to you, and you are willing to share and spread the news about Clean Beauty Kit you can apply for the ambassador program HERE.
What’s in my February Clean Beauty Kit?
As always, the kit did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, this month’s kit might just be my favorite so far. I can’t help but think that this kit would be such a good gift for someone special in your life. Your mom, sister, daughter, best friend, you literally can’t go wrong.
First and foremost, I received this beautiful set of premium press on nails with REAl Swarovski crystals on them!! This is actually a new product that’s also created by Cassandra, she absolutely killed it. Stay tuned for my full review and demo on these baddies coming soon. The value of these nails, by the way, is the same price as the kit itself!
The next product I received, is this KPS Essentials Probiotic toner. It is formulated with witch hazel, apple cider vinegar, and essential oils. It helps to balance your skin’s PH while stabilizing oil production, and gently exfoliating. This can help cleanse and purify the skin, reducing hyperpigmentation, tightening pores, and refining texture. This product alone is $38.
I love trying out new kinds of toothpaste. This SprinJene Natural Fluoride Free Toothpaste really caught my eye. I personally choose to stay away from fluoride, since it is a known neurotoxin. This toothpaste is formulated with a unique blend of zinc and black seed oil for some amazing benefits. It is also vegan, kosher, halal, and gluten-free.
After brushing my teeth with this toothpaste, my mouth felt fresh and clean. It has a slightly spicy mint flavor, with a hint of sweetness. I really liked the flavor and performance of this toothpaste. Super affordable too, at $5.99.
Another amazing product in this month’s kit is this Kiss and Lips liquid matte lipstick in the shade Kiss Me. It is a beautiful deep red shade that truly looks so beautiful on the lips. There is not a lot of matte liquid lipsticks in clean beauty, so I was really looking forward to wearing this formula.
This lipstick is vegan, hypoallergenic, and non-comedogenic. It’s formulated with jojoba oil and vitamin-E for added skincare benefits. When I applied this lipstick, the formula felt very thin. This is a good thing for liquid lipsticks because it allows you to apply a thin layer. If you apply too thick of a layer, most liquid lipsticks will become too dry and cakey on the lips over time.
The formula dried down completely, leaving zero transfer, which is great for when you have to wear a mask. I didn’t find it to be overdrying, and it applied very smoothly with no patchiness. overall, a huge win! I definitely want to try more of their shades. This lipstick costs $15.
Now it just wouldn’t be a “Galentine’s” themed box without two beautiful red lippies right? This LaMonique Cosmetics Lipstick in Red Rum is another beautiful red. A little brighter and not as dark as the previous one.
This lipstick is formulated with sweet almond oil and jojoba oil. It is gluten, paraben, and cruelty-free. I would say it felt in between a creamy and matte formula on my lips. ($20)
Another rare find in the clean living space. I haven’t seen any natural fabric fresheners on the market, so I was very intrigued to try this out. Unfortunately, I haven’t regained my sense of smell at all since getting sick about a month ago. So I had to let my guinea pigs test it out, aka my kiddos. They said it smelled like lime and ginger. My youngest said it smelled like sour patch kids.
Pickle’s Potions Fabric Freshener is made with natural ingredients and no artificial fragrances. It can be spritzed in the air, on your face, linens, and even your mask. ($5.99)
Another beautiful gem I received in my Clean Beauty Kit. This unique handcrafted bracelet. Chapters by Clarissa Noelle handcrafts and repurposes jewelry with a mix of new and pre-loved treasures. What a meaningful and sustainable way to make jewelry. This piece was breathtakingly gorgeous. The prices of her jewelry pieces range depending on value. I will say this bracelet seemed to be of high quality.
Last but certainly not least, I received these beautiful crystals from Crystals of the Cosmos. She has some great information on her website about all of the amazing benefits of crystals. I’m not super educated when it comes to that sort of thing, but I can definitely appreciate some beautiful crystals like these. ($24)
This is what I love about the Clean Beauty Kit. You truly never know what you will be receiving, and it’s always a good mix of products. The value is incredible, and it really feels like a treat when you open up this beautiful box.
I hope you enjoyed my Clean Beauty Kit February Unboxing, stay tuned for blog posts on future unboxings. You can purchase your Clean Beauty Kit HERE, and don’t forget to mention my name “Amanda Lopez” in the notes at checkout for an extra FREE gift. Treat yo self!
