Instructions

  • Apply a couple tablespoons of castor oil at a time to fabric and let saturate. You want it well saturated, but not soaking. You can also apply some castor oil directly on the area you are treating.
  • Place fabric over treatment area. For the liver, place just below rib cage on your right side. Can also be placed over abdomen, ovaries, injuries, etc..
  • Cover saturated fabric with an old towel you don't mind staining.
  • Cover towel with a heating pad or hot water bottle and sit back or lay down.
  • Relax and stay hydrated. Apply castor oil pack for 20 minutes to start and the more you do them you can work your way up to 1 hour, 2 hours, and even overnight.
  • Remove Castor oil pack and clean the skin with soap and water. Place fabric into glass container with lid and store in refrigerator. Can be reused 30-40 times. Add a little more castor oil to fabric each time.

Notes

*Castor oil is very sticky and will stain. I recommend laying an old sheet or towel down before performing treatment. Wear clothes you don't mind staining.
*Do not perform castor oil pack if pregnant or during menstruation.
